Swine Flu Hysteria Is Causing More Damage

985 cases of H1N1 has been confirmed in 20 countries. WHO,(World Health Organization), has claimed 26 of those fatal, including the one in the U.S.
As usual the media is making it into a mountain. What is going to happen is that if there ever IS a real danger, the people wont listen and then there is going to be big trouble.
Due to all the hype from the press there are people going into emergency rooms without any symptoms just to be tested for the flu. A cough or sneeze, people think they are going to die.
The H1N1 or swine flu is not something to ignore, that is what the CDC and WHO is for, to track it and keep a close eye on it, not the people. We are not trained to do that. All we need to do is wash our hands and take care of ourselves!
If you do get the flu, it is curable! Where was all this fear when AIDS was beginning?!
The people that need to worry are the ones with low or strained immune systems and they are also the ones that have to fear the common cold or any other infections. The elderly the young, the same as the flu we call ‘normal’ is in fact just as fatal if not treated.
First off we know where it came from. Second all the infections and or deaths have resulted from people traveling to Mexico City.. They now have a grip on the problem. So what is all the hype? The media selling papers and air space. And you are buying it.
If you want to be a bit nervous about things then think about the fall when the flu season hits, that is to be more dangerous than whats going on now. And even then, the flu is the flu take care of yourself, eat healthy, wash your hands! You don’t need to make an ass out of your self and wear a medical mask, they aren’t going to help anyway if the virus is present. For instance, if your wearing ‘the mask’, and you touch something that has the virus on it, a dirty hand, shopping cart etc, and then take your mask off, touching your face, you have the virus, so when I say wash your damn hands, that’s the key to keeping your self healthy!
