Sandra Cantu Missing California Girl Found

A sad ending for the search of 8 year old Sandra Cantu of Tracy, California. Missing since March 27, 2009, last seen on arrival from school and going to play a few houses down from where she lived.

After emptying a pond on a local dairy farm near where she lived, they found a suitcase with Sandra inside. She was identified by the clothes she last wore a pink Hello Kitty T-shirt and black leggings.

Autopsy is planned on Tuesday.

i think that the perpetrator should be treated
just the way this pretty beautiful girl was killed
for no reason…this business of life in prison
or the death penalty after 15 years and many apeals,
i believe in an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.

he or she who did this should be murdered exactly the
way this little girl was murdered…we must change our
lenient murder laws to stop this…thanks

Our Society has lost its morals. Its a sad day in the human race when a little girl goes out to play and is treated as this lost soul was. We still don’t know what happened except the obvious. The world we live in is too excepting of people that have real problems. We want to ‘fix’ the broken ones or except them in the indifference’s, we need to start punishing and stop trying to fix or except the people that there is no hope for. But that is politically incorrect, another term I cant stand. We are soft, the rights of the criminal is just too much for me to fathom. I feel your upset and concur. This has just got to change!

How sad we as Americans have become….We need to get these BAD people and lock them up and throw away the KEYS.
As a new grandmother of a little girl I can only cry when I see the footage of Sandra skipping down the street, her last moment of happiness. My prayers go out the the family
and I will pray for all of you.

That’s the part that pulled at my heartstrings also. Guess neighborhood video surveillance didn’t do any good there. I feel that they are close or already have a good idea of who to look at, they are just being very careful to dot and cross their I’s and T’s.
Something needs to be done about these monsters. As parents its not a healthy environment to police our children. They need some freedom to learn and experience life. Going up the street to a friends house is hardly a situation where an 8 yr old needs to be taken and picked up. But I guess hind site is always 20/20 to be cliche.
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.

i am a mother of a 12 year old daughter and a new one on the way and everytime i hear something on this story i just cry….i could not imagine getting that kind of news and having to go thru life knowing someone did that to my daughter and just disposed of her like she was nothing…i too agree..this woman should not be given the easy way out with lethal injection..she should be shoved in a tiny suitcase and thrown in a lake where she cant breathe..and thrown right to HELL
