Terry Jones, of Monty Python fame, comments on the softening of President George W. Bush when it comes to “prosecuting to the full extent of the law.”
Although Bush laid claim to compassion when originally running for the office of president in 2000, it has taken 7 years to surface.

I don’t think that’s quite fair. Bush has shown plenty of compassion, if you just look in the right places. Hasn’t he been extremely compassionate to Halliburton? And look at the success of his favorite welfare program: No Millionaire Left Behind.
