Cable Killer Cops A Plea

Fransuah Matthews, Gary, IN, has pleaded guilty to the voluntary manslaughter of Verndell Warmack, who was illegally installing cable TV at his house. Matthews claims that he flew into a killing rage after realizing that his television set was not cable ready.

He will face 20 years in prison if the plea agreement is accepted.

Matthews killed the illegal cable guy as he stood on a ladder performing the hookup. His anger was prompted by the fact that he would have to spend money to purchase additional equipment.

It must not be murder if the shooter is already brain dead.
